Engineered Flavor: Great Taste, and Long Life.
The Canola/Corn Blend is the smartest upgrade available. It delivers superior performance while integrating perfectly with your existing operation via our seamless closed loop pump-in/pump-out delivery system. The blend represents the best incremental upgrade from standard canola oil.

“Standard canola oil breaks down too fast in high volume kitchens, forcing premature changeouts and killing labor efficiency when it’s needed most.”
Dylan, CEO & President
Higher Heat Stability
Typical refined canola/corn blends test around ~420°F smoke point; actual values vary by batch and refinery. COA available upon request.
Fry Life Science
Corn oil contributes natural tocopherols (Vitamin E), which act as antioxidants to help slow oxidation, extending fry life.
Better Food
Foods develop a more appealing golden brown color thanks to corn oil’s natural pigments, improving plate presentation without artificial additives.
Allergen
Soy free, peanut free blend (canola & corn oils). Supplier documentation available.

From Mess to Machine: Automate Your Oil Logistics.
Our automated pump-in/pump-out system eliminates the messy, manual labor of lifting, storing, and disposing of 35lb jugs and totes.
Efficiency Win: This process drastically reduces staff time spent on oil rotation and disposal, which is crucial when Florida’s minimum wage continues rising.
Seamless Delivery: Our driver efficiently pumps fresh blend oil into your food-grade storage tank.
Scheduled Extraction: We use the same system to pump out all your spent used cooking oil (UCO).
The True Cost: Why Your Daily Spend Drops 40%.
The blend’s enhanced stability delivers measurable improvements in oil longevity that translate directly to your bottom line. We found that shifting from a 2 day to a typical 3 day fry life creates immediate savings on product alone.
| Oil Type | Est. Cost/Container | Est. Fry Life | True Cost/Day (per fryer) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pure Canola Oil | $50.00 | ~2 days | $25.00 |
| Canola/Corn Blend | $45.00 | ~3 days | $15.00 |

Uptime & Versatility: Built for Florida’s Busiest Lines.
This blend is ideal for Florida’s competitive casual dining segment.
Consistency is king: The oil’s predictable performance simplifies training for high turnover kitchen staff common in Florida’s seasonal employment market.

I have a beach restaurant Sandbar Of Amelia Island. I’ve always been impressed with the service that Stirling food systems provides; however, today I was even more impressed when Haley Drake (Sales & Relationship Rep) stopped by just to introduce herself and asked for feedback. Very professional and super impressive.
