Quick FAQ
What is stirlings pump in/pump out frying oil system?
A closed loop setup that delivers fresh oil and evacuates used oil through exterior ports no jugs or hoses through the kitchen reducing labor, spills, and safety risk.
Your Familiar Flavor, Engineered for Endurance
The Canola/High Oleic Soy Blend represents the best incremental upgrade from standard canola oil.
Up to 50% Longer Life: We infuse canola with a portion of stable, high-oleic soy oil. This superior component actively slows oxidation, preventing the darkening and foaming that forces premature oil changes. Operators report up to 50% longer fry life vs. standard canola in high volume use.*
Familiar Flavor Profile: Canola and high oleic soy are both refined and flavor-neutral, meaning the blend will behave identically to straight canola in your recipes. Your food will taste the same on Monday as it does on Friday.
*Results vary by menu, load, temperature control, and filtration SOPs.

“I talk to quick service and casual dining operators across Florida who are trapped by standard canola oil. You chose it for its low cost and neutral flavor, but in high volume, it breaks down too fast. You’re forced into premature changeouts, wasting oil and killing labor efficiency right when you need it most.”

The Smartest Upgrade: Efficient Pump In / Pump Out Delivery
Our closed loop pump-in/pump-out delivery system eliminates the messy, manual labor of lifting, storing, and disposing of 35lb jugs and totes.
Zero Operational Change: The blend behaves identically to straight canola same filtration schedule, same temperatures, and zero staff retraining.
Efficiency Win: Labor tied to changeouts and mid-shift filtration dropped as much as 70% in early pilots.*
Measurable ROI: Extended Life Pays for the Upgrade
The blend’s enhanced stability delivers measurable improvements in oil longevity that translate directly to your bottom line.
| Oil Type | Est. Cost/Container | Est. Fry Life | True Cost/Day (per fryer) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pure Canola Oil | $50.00 | ~2 days | $25.00 |
| Canola + High-Oleic Blend | $40.00 | ~3 days | $13.33 |
Labor Savings: Automating the changeout process frees up staff time, saving an average of $2,246 per year in labor.
Quality Control: We track TPM (total polar materials) and FFA against your discard threshold to schedule changeouts proactively. Many published guidelines use ~24% TPM as a trigger.

Perfect for High Volume Casual Dining
This blend is ideal for Florida’s competitive casual dining segment.
Improved Stability: The enhanced formula resists the humidity-accelerated degradation that plagues pure canola, particularly improving oxidative stability under typical Florida kitchen conditions (high volume, frequent loading).
Storage Stability: The blend remains stable during periods between uses, which is critical for Florida’s humid climate and busy seasonal schedules.

I have a beach restaurant Sandbar Of Amelia Island. I’ve always been impressed with the service that Stirling food systems provides; however, today I was even more impressed when Haley Drake (Sales & Relationship Rep) stopped by just to introduce herself and asked for feedback. Very professional and super impressive.

FAQ
Your Questions, Answered
How does the blend reduce my cost if the price per gallon is higher?
The true cost is the cost per day. The high oleic soy component gives the oil superior stability, allowing it to last significantly longer under high volume use. This extended fry life translates directly into fewer changeouts and a lower net daily cost than pure canola.
How does the “Pump In / Pump Out” bulk delivery system work?
We deliver fresh oil and evacuate used oil. We install a dedicated storage tank and our specialized truck pumps in fresh oil and pumps out all your spent used cooking oil (UCO) directly from the storage tank. This eliminates the messy, manual labor of lifting and disposing of jugs.
What happens to the used cooking oil (UCO)?
Our bulk system is a complete closed loop. We install a tank for your UCO and pump it out upon delivery of your fresh oil, often issuing you a credit for it.
How much longer can I expect the blend to last compared to pure canola?
Operators report up to 50% longer fry life versus standard canola oil in high volume use. This moves your operation from every other day changeouts to changing oil only twice weekly.
Will I need to retrain my staff or change my recipes?
No. The blend behaves identically to straight canola, meaning the same temperatures and filtration schedules apply. Transitioning requires zero operational changes or retraining.
What about soy allergies in the blend?
Our standard Canola + High Oleic blend contains soy (high oleic soybean oil). However, we offer a soy free variant (e.g., using high-oleic canola) for allergen sensitive menus.
You have the choice to automate risk, lock in cost savings, and elevate your quality.
Automate Your Cooking Oil
The Canola/High Oleic Soy frying solution is a strategic investment in efficiency and product quality. High volume Florida kitchens found that shifting from manual jug handling to our seamless closed loop pump-in/pump-out delivery dystem yields dramatic savings in labor, oil consumption, and safety risk.
