Since 1967, Stirling has built its reputation on solving Florida’s toughest food service challenges. What began as Stirling’s Pancake House, Inc. established with 10,000 shares of authorized capital on June 22nd, 1967; has evolved into Florida’s most trusted cooking oil management partner. This original incorporation certificate represents nearly six decades of keeping our promises to Florida restaurants. From flipping pancakes to managing millions of gallons of cooking oil, we’ve grown by staying true to one principle: when kitchens face their hardest problems, Stirling delivers solutions that work.
