Is this oil compliant for food use?
Yes. Antioxidant and defoamer systems are used within FDA permitted limits to slow oxidation and foaming during extended service. We provide full documentation.
What is the minimum volume required for the LFO+ system?
We typically require a minimum monthly volume of 200 gals/month to justify the full system installation and maintenance costs.
What about my used cooking oil?
Our integrated system is a complete closed loop. We install a separate tank for your used cooking oil (UCO) and pump it out from the same external port, often issuing you a credit for it.
How does LFO+ maintain quality for so long?
Mixed tocopherols are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) when used per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and complement TBHQ to stabilize oil under continuous heat.
Can I try this blend before committing to the full system?
Yes. We offer trial programs where you can test different blends in your own fryers to ensure performance before we install the full system.
What is the installation process like?
Installation is typically scheduled for a half day during off hours to ensure zero interruption to your service. The tank and interior lines are installed first, followed by the exterior port connection.
