Peanut + High Oleic Soy Fresh Frying Oil System in Florida

What is stirlings pump in/pump out frying oil system?

A closed loop setup that delivers fresh oil and evacuates used oil through exterior ports no jugs or hoses through the kitchen reducing labor, spills, and safety risk.

What is a Peanut/High Oleic oil blend?

It’s a smart blend combining refined peanut oil (for a peanut-forward profile) with high-oleic soy oil (for stability and cost-savings). Restaurants get the premium “cooked in peanut oil” quality at a fraction of the cost.

I talk to restaurant owners across Florida every day. You see premium chains like Five Guys and Chick-fil-A building their entire brand on “cooked in peanut oil”. You want that authentic flavor for your Southern fried chicken or your Asian stir fry, but you’re stuck. Pure peanut oil is dangerously expensive, and it can break down faster than you’d like in a high volume kitchen. This is the exact problem our system and blend were designed to solve.

I see Florida owners stressing over the high cost of pure peanut oil, so we created this system to give you that authentic flavor your customers love, but at a cost that actually protects your bottom line.

This system saves you money in two ways: product and labor.

  1. Lower Daily Oil Cost: Our blend doesn’t just cost less upfront than pure peanut oil it lasts longer. Look at the math:
Oil TypeEst. Cost/ContainerEst. Fry LifeTrue Cost/Day (per fryer)
Pure Peanut Oil$50.00~2 days$25.00
Stirling Peanut/High-Oleic Blend$42.00~3 days$14.00
Daily product cost is ~44% lower vs. pure peanut oil.

2. Lower Daily Labor Cost: You also eliminate the entire labor cost of handling heavy, messy jugs.

(Jugs/Day × Mins/Jug × Days/Wk ÷ 60) × Wage × 52 = Annual Savings

Example: 6 jugs/day × 4 min × 6 days/wk ÷ 60 × $18/hr × 52 wks = **$2,246/yr in saved labor.* *

Highly refined peanut oil is excluded from the definition of a ‘major food allergen’ under U.S. law because it lacks allergenic protein; therefore, FALCPA’s allergen labeling rules do not apply to it. Restaurants often still disclose peanut oil use for guests’ awareness.

Individuals with severe allergies should consult their clinician; sensitivity is rare with highly refined oils, but not impossible.

Testimonials

I have a beach restaurant Sandbar Of Amelia Island. I’ve always been impressed with the service that Stirling food systems provides; however, today I was even more impressed when Haley Drake (Sales & Relationship Rep) stopped by just to introduce herself and asked for feedback. Very professional and super impressive.
